Jake Alexander is a highly experienced hair stylist, salon owner, hair-extension specialist and educator with more than 25 years in the industry. He opened his first salon in 2006 with a clear vision: to create somewhere people could feel comfortable, listened to and completely themselves.
Since then, his career has grown through hard work, creativity and a genuine passion for helping people feel good — not only about their hair, but about who they are. For Jake, hairdressing has never been about simply completing an appointment. It is about understanding the person sitting in the chair, listening properly and creating hair that works for their lifestyle, personality and confidence.
Whether it is a subtle refresh, a major colour correction, a completely new look or a full hair-extension transformation, every service begins with an honest and thorough consultation. Jake is known for his warm personality, straight-talking advice and ability to put even the most nervous clients at ease.

Through the Academy, he shares the practical knowledge gained from more than two decades behind the chair and running a salon.
